The Residential Package is your all-in-one solution for securing multiple water-sensitive areas in your villa, townhouse or larger apartment . Designed for multiple rooms , such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and technical spaces, the system features three sensors and a door switch that allows you to turn off the water with a single touch when you leave the home.
The package includes a ½” solenoid valve , wireless sensors and a main unit with sensor cable , giving you instant leak detection in two zones – right out of the box. No WiFi, app or pairing required.

What is included in VIWA Watersafe's villa package?
VIWA's villa package contains everything you need to protect your villa against water leaks – including a main sensor, shut-off valve, remote control and wireless unit sensors for the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and other risk zones.
Is the villa package easy to install?
Yes, the villa package is designed to be easy to install. No special knowledge is required – however, we recommend that you have a plumber connect the shut-off valve to the main water line for maximum safety.
How quickly does the system react to a leak?
The system reacts immediately when water is detected. The valve closes automatically and you receive a notification in the app immediately.
Can I expand the system with more sensors?
Absolutely. You can easily add more wireless sensors for extra protection in other spaces such as the garage, basement or summer house.
How long do the batteries in the sensors last?
The batteries in the sensors typically last up to 3 years with normal use. The app automatically notifies you when it's time to replace them.
Is an internet connection required for the system to work?
But the shutdown function itself works even without the internet – it also protects in the event of a power or network outage.
