This powerful, wired leak protection system is designed for apartments and houses that require automatic shut-off for both cold and hot water pipes . Equipped with two ¾-inch solenoid valves , it offers immediate and reliable protection at the first sign of a leak.
The system is mounted directly after the main shut-off valves and the sensor cable can be routed to any hazardous location, such as the kitchen, laundry room or utility room. This version is ideal where wireless communication is not required .

What does a wired system mean?
Wired systems from VIWA Watersafe are connected directly between sensors and the central unit with cables. This provides maximum stability and reliability – especially in larger properties.
When should you choose a wired system?
A wired system is recommended for new construction, larger properties, or where you want to avoid battery changes and wireless communication. And also for point installation for products such as coffee machines, refrigerators, etc.
Can I install it myself?
It is recommended that installation of wired systems be done by a qualified installer or HVAC technician for proper function and connection.
Can it be combined with wireless devices?
Yes, some of our systems offer hybrid solutions where both wired and wireless components can be used simultaneously.
Do the sensors require electricity?
Yes, wired sensors are connected to power via cable and do not require battery operation.
Is an internet connection required for the system to work?
But the shutdown function itself works even without the internet – it also protects in the event of a power or network outage.
