What is included in the VIWA Watersafe package?

VIWA's villa package contains everything you need to protect your villa against water leaks – including a main sensor, shut-off valve, remote control and wireless unit sensors for the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and other risk zones.

Is the villa package easy to install?

Yes, the villa package is designed to be easy to install. No special knowledge is required – however, we recommend that you have a plumber connect the shut-off valve to the main water line for maximum safety.

How quickly does the system react to a water leak?

The system reacts immediately when water is detected. The valve closes automatically.

How long do the batteries in the sensors last?

The batteries in the sensors typically last up to 3 years with normal use. The app automatically notifies you when it's time to replace them.

Can I turn off the water myself when I leave the house?

Absolutely, with our door sensor you turn off the water and your worries with the touch of a button.
